 TPEE has high strength, high flexibility, oil resistance, chemical resistance, high temperature, radiation tolerance, dynamic mechanical properties of excellent, easy to color and other characteristics; use temperature range is -50 ℃ ~ +180 ℃, the hardness range of 28-75D.
 Products are certified by SGS, UL certification. Does not contain heavy metals, PBB and PBDE, comply with EU ROHS directive. Applications: TPEE mainly used to require damping, impact resistance, scratch music, tightness and elasticity, oil resistance, chemical and require sufficient strength areas. Such as: polymer modified, car parts, high temperature resistance wire sheath, hydraulic hose, shoes, drive belts, tire rotation molding, flexible coupling section, silencers gear, lift slide, chemical equipment, pipeline valves in the High and low temperature corrosion resistant materials.

 Forming:

 In the molding process is required before the blast at 80-110 ℃ oven, 3-5 hours of continuous drying, and hot processing, dry place not to humid air, otherwise it will affect performance; back material can be mixed with new material Use, but dosage should not exceed 25%.

 Injection Molding: Material temperature should be higher than the melting point 5 ~ 15 ℃, mold temperature is 20 ~ 50 ℃, injecting pressure 60 ~ 100MPa, in the low injection speed. Extrusion blow molding: the best for the 24:1 aspect ratio screw and barrel temperature should be higher than the product melting range 5 ~ 10 ℃, low speed screw speed.
